Anne left her Regional Product Sales Management role for Barclays Bank Plc in 2000 after 13 years of service to research busines coaching practices and develop the RC60 system which would better support business sales management teams in improving performance and reducing stress on a daily basis.

Anne established her own consultancy firm in the same year and immediately secured clients WH Smith Plc, Sun Microsystems, Viyella , NHS Trusts and many more.

Amarpal S Saran is one of the UK’s leading experts in the everyday use of the Enneagram and emotional intelligence. Christine is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and has a BSc joint honours degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Her career includes 19 years of success in a wide range of senior management roles in international business including Sun Microsystems.

Jason has more than 10 years experience in the Fitness/Coaching industry and have an extensive client portfolio- from people who have never exercised to Tri-athletes competing in European and World Championships.

He was a former professional cricketer and Semi-professional rugby player and have brought my sporting knowledge and skills into the gym based side of the industry.

Jason achieved a Diploma in Exercise and Health Management, has worked for the Exclusive Champneys group for 6 years and developed from a Fitness instructor to the Fitness Manager. He now manages a team of 10 Personal Trainers in the Citypoint Health club in London.

Jaosn is also a fully Qualified Self -Defence and Kickboxing Instructor.

Peter is an accomplished trainer, public speaker and coach.
Following a degree in biochemistry, Peter initially chose to develop a career combining training and software in the world of Further Education. He now focuses his well-honed training skills in equipping organisations to improve performance in the workplace and to provide more positive career management.

Peter's underlying passion is to facilitate the fulfilment of potential in the people he works with, and so results-focussed training and coaching are very close to his heart. Cathy is a Director of Research and Development at Americhem in Canton Ohio.

Cathy studied at Case Western Reserve University - Weatherhead School of Management.
