Evidencing a Return on Investment

We have evidenced a significant return on investment for our clients. Please read our case studies if they are of interest to you.

If it is important to you and your company to evidence a return on your training investment then we offer three levels of service to enable you and your company to do so. These are as follows:

 


Bronze (applies to all one-day workshops)


Every one-day workshop invites delegates to complete a personal development plan as part of the event. Within this document we ask questions about and raise their awareness to the importance of evidencing a return on investment either for the company or themselves. Our unique personal development plan template and the trainers' expertise guide them through this process.

One month after completeing the training event delegates are emailed and asked to complete a questionnaire to feedback their progress and document any specific return on investment which they have achieved. A summary report of this evidence is compiled and sent to the the organisation upon request.


Silver

As well as the personal development plan and questionnaire as per the bronze level of service, delegates attend a follow up training within six weeks of the first event during which:

  • their plans are reviewed within the group
  • issues around implementing the learning can be discussed and where possible over come
  • review of the key learning points can take place effectively


Gold

It has been proven that training on its' own improves performance on average by 22% but when training and follow up coaching is provided performance improvement can be as much as 80%.

Therefore within the gold standard service offering, as well as the personal development plan and questionnaire as per the bronze level of service, delegates receive one to one coaching for three months after the event deisgned to achieve specific objectives and measure the specific return on investment for the individual/organisation.
