Evidencing a Return on Investment
One
month after completeing the training event delegates
are emailed and asked to complete a questionnaire to
feedback their progress and document any specific return
on investment which they have achieved. A summary report
of this evidence is compiled and sent to the the organisation
upon request.
As well as the personal development plan and questionnaire as per the bronze level of service, delegates attend a follow up training within six weeks of the first event during which:
It has been proven that training on its' own improves performance on average by 22% but when training and follow up coaching is provided performance improvement can be as much as 80%. Therefore
within the gold standard service offering, as well as the personal development
plan and questionnaire as per the bronze level of service,
delegates receive one to one coaching for three months after the event
deisgned to achieve specific objectives and measure the specific return
on investment for the individual/organisation.
